The Condominium has a swimming pool for adults and children, gym, soccer field, jacuzzi, Kids Space and Teen Space, as well as other hammocks to relax and enjoy with family and friends. However, the rental of the party rooms in the condominium is exclusive to the owners. Unfortunately, these spaces are not available to guests.

The Condominium's Ballrooms are exclusive to the owners. These spaces are not available to guests.

For New Year's Eve, the minimum rental period is 7 (seven) days. In Carnival, the minimum rental period is 4 (four) days. Exclusive property for families - it is not allowed to host groups of friends in these periods (New Year's Eve and Carnival)

We have staff to check in, staff on duty in the condominium and whats to attend to you during your stay. The condominium reception is open 24 hours, every day of the week.

The condominium is located in the main access of Atlantida, close to the main condominiums of houses and next to the main restaurants and Food Truck Parks.
