Reservations

To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment via PIX and the following information:

Full name

Identity number or passport number

CPF

Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Zip Code

Telephone

E-mail

Estimated time of entry into the property

Names of other guests (if any);

Payment methods, reservations, rental and deposit

To reserve one of our properties, we require a reservation confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining amount will be charged at check-in before entry to the property.

Payment, corresponding to 50% of the reservation, can be made by bank transfer/deposit/PIX, bank slip , Paypal or credit card.

Payment for the remainder of the rent + cleaning fee must be made before the keys are handed over.

In order for us to be able to allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email.

Your reservation will be validated once the Lemmon Homes reservations department sends you a confirmation email.

If, for any reason beyond our management's control, the rented property is no longer available, we will offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

The client is obliged to inform us of the time of his arrival and to give us his contact number. The check- in procedure for each property is different and is presented in the booking confirmation.

If the guest arrives before our official check-in time of 3:00 p.m., they may leave their luggage at the office during our opening hours. If the apartment is available and the guest wishes to be assured of an earlier check-in, a move-in between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 10pm and 6am, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.

Checkout

Check-out time : until 11am

If the apartment is available and the guest wishes to leave only between 11am and 2pm, we require a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid upon arrival.

For check-outs between 2pm and 6pm, we charge the rent equivalent to the next day. If the guest does not check out at the agreed time, after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of R$100 will be charged if the guest leaves before 2pm. After 2pm, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full day's stay.

Cancellation and changes to the reservation

In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to the reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation from Lemmon Homes.

Lemmon Homes has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if any of the following cases occur: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of the condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay the full rent or security deposit.

If the property booked has internet or cable TV connection, Lemmon Homes assumes no responsibility for any connectivity issues or inconveniences resulting from these. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems or disturbances with internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rental payment.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property he/she has rented as well as for any items belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The guest and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium management for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the guest. Additionally, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.

Visitors

There are condominiums that do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.
