Brand new 3-bedroom apartment, fully equipped and close to everything. In the heart of Campeche beach. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The apartment provides beach chairs and umbrella.

We have maid service with or without changing of linen available upon appointment and at an additional cost.

For New Year's Eve, the minimum rental period is 7 (seven) days. For Carnival, the minimum rental period is 4 (four) days. Property exclusively for families - groups of friends are not allowed to stay during these periods (New Year's Eve and Carnival).

The condominium's party rooms are exclusive to owners. These spaces are not available to guests.
