The Condominium's Ballrooms are exclusive to the owners. These spaces are not available to guests. For New Year's Eve, the minimum rental period is 7 (seven) days. In Carnival, the minimum rental period is 4 (four) days. Exclusive property for families - it is not allowed to host groups of friends in these periods (New Year's Eve and Carnival)

We have staff to receive, staff on duty in the condominium and whats to attend to you during your stay. The condominium reception is open 24 hours, every day of the week.

The condominium is located in the main access of Atlantida, close to the main condominiums of houses and next to the main restaurants and Food Truck Parks.
