LIV's terrace has a breathtaking view of the entire city, it also has an outdoor infinity pool, fitness area, barbecue grills and hammocks. On the fifth floor we have the laundry room, meeting room, coworking space with vending machines available, pool table, ecological fireplace and super comfortable swings. We also have bicycle rental and hotel and concierge services 24 hours a day.

The property is super cozy and very functional. It has a double bed, super well lit bathroom with excellent shower. The apartment also has air conditioning (SPLIT), closets with hangers, SmartTV, super fast WI-FI (great for working), basic kitchen utensils including coffee maker, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, induction stove, microwave, as well it has bed and bath linen, hairdryer, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap). Property with 1 covered parking space. They are available by the concierge: more blankets or pillows can be requested during the stay.

As the reception works 24 hours a day, check in can be any time after 3pm. After booking confirmation, it is necessary to inform document number and car license plate in advance, these are condominium rules. Any item in the apartment that is damaged must be charged during or after check-out.

Guests can use all common spaces in the condominium (such as the pool and gym), except for the ballroom. Access by elevator and stairs.

The keys and welcome letter are available at the building's concierge. Our LIV condominium manager provides the guest with all the necessary support during the stay, such as maid service, car wash.
